Shipping policy

RITTER Studios ships orders via DHL to Germany and internationally, with Standard and Express options available depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times: 

— Germany: 1–2 business days (Standard), next business day (Express)

— Europe: 2–5 business days (Standard), next business day (Express)

— International: 6–12 business days (Standard)

— United States: 1–3 business days (Express only, due to current US customs regulations)

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. RITTER Studios is not liable for delays once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier. Customers placing an international order are responsible for paying import duties and taxes, as determined by the destination country.
